turkey koftas
This is a very simple recipe, all you need to do is combine ingredients. If you don't have all the spices it's ok, just use the ones you have. It is a great low- carb option for weekly prep-meals , they also freeze great and something different with middle eastern flavors. The traditional tzattziki is made with yogurt, but keeping it low -carb I used sour cream. If you don't have a diet restrictions by all means use plain yogurt. I also included the pics of my favorite low-carb bread options in case you don't know about them. Hope you all have an awesome weekend ahead with loved ones ;) .
